Kelley is a Lancaster native and a graduate of Millersville University. Her career with Masterpiece Marketing began in 2004, and—15 years later—she has been promoted to be the company’s first-ever Vice President. Kelley serves clients via strategic marketing planning, copywriting, and creative direction. She and her husband are Pennsylvania foster parents and attend Westminster Presbyterian Church. Their family lives in Manheim Township.
